Router Password not correct issue

Hello,

I just recently changed my router name and password (via the 192.168.1.1 route) and when I scan the area on my laptop, ipod or ps3, it finds the newly named router no problem. The problem is when I go to join it (WEP) and use the newly created password, it tells me that the password is not correct even though when I went to change the password, it said password change successful.

Any help would be appreciated,
