Invalid sim message

Hello,
I was not using the sim card for 3 months (Idea from Delhi NCR) and i am trying to use it now. But i am getting the message 'Invalid Sim'. Can you please suggest how can it be resolved and whom should i contact to resolve this issue

How can i contact Cusomer care from phones other than Idea.
