After I connect my graphics card wont boot

Hello,

I have a strange problem. After I add my graphics card on the motherboard it wont boot. I have an asrock motherboard 4core1600 twins-p35 and my gfx card its a 260gtx. my power supply has a 520w power

Is your card faulty. does it work in another machine.

does it boot? fans spin etc.

can you get a signal from other VGA output

ty for your reply - I have try several cards but none seems to work. Computer just wont power up

and it works with just onboard with no card?

in the BIOS is there an option to change output?

sounds like the motherboard could be faulty.

if it was motherboards fault it shouldnt power up when I take out vga?

I cant get into bios cause of vgas fault (or motherboards)
