Get columns from one sheet to another

Hello,



i have one sheet with values in number of columns.
Its columns may not change but its rows will increase.

I would liketo get some of those columns into another shee in same book.
And it should apply a filter on one of the column before bring data onto new sheet.

Example:
A: I have sheet1 with
B: Obs. No,
C: Observation name
D: Priority / Severity
E: Defect #
F: CR #
G: # Impacted TC in QC
H: Status (Open/Closed)
I: SST Name
J: Link date(s)
K: QA Name
L ---
M---

I would like to have
Column a, b, c, d e of ahove and Status only open.
That is in Column H we have both open and close but i sould like to have open CRs in new sheet with selected columns.
