Hello,
i had a friend of mine try and recover my computer but he said he needed the motherboard password in order to be able to get stuff off my laptop which is all i want, he said it is possible to get the files but i need the motherboard password help! what do i do or who do i call? anyone wanna help me pleas!

Your friend really meant the Bios password.
We are terribly sorry but Kioskea cannot help you with the password, because you can't prove to anybody on this forum that you are the legitimate owner.
