Site Won't Open in IE 9, Does in Firefox
Closed
Hello,
I access three bank sites once a month to schedule credit card payments. Until a few months ago, all of them opened in IE 9 when I enter my password, but now the third one won't proceed when I enter my password; it just keeps cycling the password page. However, that same page does open when I use Firefox.
Any help will be appreciated.

Did you try to reset your Internet explorer?
Open IE-tools-Internet options
Go to advanced tab and click on reset (check mark ''delete personal settings')
and click ok
Try to browse now

Are you sure that only you face the issue with this site on IE 9?
You can try to reinstall IE9 or rollback to IE 8 and check if that works.
Click the Start
type Programs and Features and press enter
then click View installed updates in the left pane.
Under Uninstall an update, scroll down to the Microsoft Windows section.
Right-click Windows Internet Explorer 9, click Uninstall, and then, when prompted, click Yes.
This should rollback you to IE8 if IE 9 was installed as an update on your windows 7
If you still face issue ,you may need to try other browsers.
