FN and wireless radio button not working?

Hello,
I have a nexlink computer and my wireless radio button is not working along with my fn key that i use to turn on and off the individual wireless signals. The fn key works to turn up, down or mute the volume, but it will not work to turn on or off my wifi signal, bluetooth signal or webcam button. Help? I really need to be able to turn my wifi on and off
