Bt for LG

Hello,
I have an LG optimus and for sum reason I cannot send ne songs through Bluetooth. I can receive only. But then again i dont have the option to be able to send music out? I was told that all androids have to download a Bluetooth in order for it to work completely. Is that true? Can u help me out, please?

use astro manager with bluetooth add on module
