It's hard to tell from the info you gave. A quick answer is probably NOT. A Pentium I might have used PC66 or PC100 SDRAM memory. A Pentium III might have used PC100 or PC133 SDRAM or RDRAM (Rambus memory) or even DDR memory depending on the date it was made and the motherboard.
Does your memory have a paper sticker with ID info printed on it? SDRAM memory has 168 pins on the card and two cut-out slots where DDR memory has 184 pins on the card and one cut-out slot.
If you give me the computers make and model numbers I might be able to identify the memory.
