I,m new to computing and someone I know has sent me an email with an attatchment (little paper clip sign).
When I click on it it doesn,t open, could someone who knows what to do please help me, I would be very grateful.

Hi,
Maybe, you don't have the software to open this attachment.
For example, you need to have a pdf reader to open a .pdf file, Word or OpenOffice to open a .doc file...
Which the extension of the file you want to open?
