4gitouch stuck on boot screen

Hello, my name is seth, and awhile ago i had dropped my ipod and it completley decimated the screen. It is jailbroken, so that worsens my situation, but when i charge it, it will charge,then i try to start it up and it stays on the boot logo that i have and it wont start. the load circle moves half way and just stops. Any ideas on what could possibly be wrong?

OK so i heard what happened and so I think that what happened that it got loosen inside so it will keep resetting I think what you should do is restart ur 4gitotuch from the back and take out the batteries and that should restart again and if not then its probably broken and so you should just get a new one
