Hello,
I have been having trouble trying to figure out why after a power outage my pc refuses to complete its rebooting process. So i went to its recovery screen but still clueless what actions to take from there. The hp company only helped me check the hard drives are good and they said all is ok and they wouldnt help me any further. Im totally lost can you please help me on anyway. Anything will be helpful and very much appreciate

is there any error specified on the screen?
Have you check your DIMM ?
can you give more detail please.
