Monitor not working. PC turns off/on byitself

Hello,
I removed CPU fan and cooler to clean them. I put them back on but the PC is not working properly. Turns on normally but shuts off after 1 second and turns on again by itself after a couple of seconds. CPU fan spins normally, all drives are recognised at startup but i have no monitor. I didn't use any antiheating paste.

Your CPU chip is probably overheating.
