360 help with open tray

Hello,
Hi my xbox 360 is not modded or anything. But lately its only been reading burnt dvds, if I try a game or actual dvd it takes up to several if not over 20 trys to work.. Have cleaned it thoroughly
it reads " open tray " over and over.. Any help be appreciated

It might be that you xbox reader on the inside is either dirty (CANT SEE DISK) or that ist broken (WONT WORK)
