Problems on 3ds/ dsi Closed

Hello,

 So, can Internet Explorer 8 or 9 / Mozilla FireFox be downloaded to a dsi or 3ds (Speaking of 3ds, im using my 3ds to type this)?If there is a way, how? Is there a way to add games from the computer, like Bejeweled 3, onto my 3ds? i already tryed dragging the icon onto the sd card, and it didn't work. P.S. im trying to transfer the Brain Age Express : Math from my dsi xl to my 3ds, but it doesnt let u transfer free titles. i am aware that it is avalible on the Nintendo E-Shop but for about $8.42 .
