You need to be a more specific.
Are these values all in one cell, spread accros the sheet or found in a range?
What do you mean by add them? Do you mean like:
2, 3, 2, 4, 5, 7, 5, 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 4
or like
=2+3+2+4+5+7+5+1+1+2+2+3+4
