None of the web browsers connecting to internet..neither IE, Mozzila nor opera

Hello,
I am a mobile internet user, recently i had downloaded the nokia pc suite for E63 and connected to internet via my lap (HP). Since few days am able to connect my mobile through PC Suite to internet ,using my mobile as modem( Tata Docomo) connection. The modem settings were checked and connection to the network is established ,,,,but internet explorer is not able to open the internet. Then i changed my web browser to opera and mozzilla still they too cannot connect to internet
While i checked the snag diagonosis it is found that all the USB ports of my laptop through which i connect my mobile is is in use by some other device
Pls help me to recover my lap
