Cells ending in '0'

Hello,

Is it possible to use conditional formatting to highlight the cells in a column of sequencial numbers ending in '0'? ie 10, 20, 30 etc to make it easier to see where you are

Are they numbers or they are text.
If number you can use Mod function. If they are text you can use right function
