NO beep,no fan, no display

hi huys! need ur help Hir! NO beep,no fan, no display. motherdoard LED is ok(green Light) one of the two front panel light is blinking. already done reseting the CMOS,replace etc. also already done changing the RAM and the monitor is working.also uninstall HDD and cdrom and other device install in the MBoard still nothing...hp 530 SFF model.
NEed help guys!

Either a failed CPU or a failed motherboard. I suggest you take it to a repair shop to get them tested. Nothing you can do at home other than try replacing the CPU and/or motherboard.
