Option 1:
Download
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/5911-autorun-exterminator/
Run it and remove autorun infections
See if you can open drives now,if that doesnt work
Option 2:
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
Download ,run a scan and remove infections
Option 3:
Extract and run these two registry fixes

Restart your PC
One of the three options should work
