Network Problem

Hello,
Pls can anybody help me out to solve my Dell Inspiron 1300 Network Problem, I formatted the system with Xp 2005, without repairing,I loosed the Network Adapter,Network Controler, PCI Device and Audio Devices, Also I mistakenly uniuninstall the Network Adapter, pls what can I do to get all this problem solved.
I have downloaded some but I copied them to Flash Drive to install on the system, but is not responding.
Kindly help me out.

try this link to download the drivers you need:

they will be downloaded in the .rar file format.
