My laptop gets hang after walpaper appears

Hello,
my laptop stops responding after wallpaper appears no icons are appearing. I cant access task manager.all my keys gets freezed.I am unable to run my laptop in safe mode.I am really not able to get any icon on the screen.I can say that my laptop do not respond after starting
pls provide me a solution as soon as possible

hi,
try putting your Windows cd in the drive and then reboot your computer.
try to do a repair of your windows.

dear my cd rom is also not working
