I want to change the language of my OS

Hello,

Sir my Acer laptop was bought from Italy. Its OS is Windows 7. But the language is Italian. I went to the control pannel and tried to change the language from regional settings but it does not have any option there. I also tried to change the language by inserting a windows 7 DVD but it is not working because the disk language is in english. What can I do now.
