Hi,
If you change your graphic card, you must download the driver of the new one and
install it before it works properly. Download the driver regarding your operating system
from the link below:
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

Check whether the driver you install is the good according your OS and it version.
I suggest you return to your computer official website and download the chipset driver because you need to install it first before other devices work properly.
