Splitting similar values of column to 3 colum

I have a spreadsheet that lists employees, then it list one of three quarters, and then it list their ranking for that quarter. I need the list to have the employees' name only once and the three quarters changed to columns basically it looks somewhat like this

Employee Name Quarter Ranking
Employee A Quarter 1 Excels
Employee A Quarter 2 Meet Expectations
Employee A Quarter 3 Meets Expectations
Employee B Quarter 1 Less Effective
Employee B Quarter 2 Meet Expectations
Employee B Quarter 3 Excels

and I need it to look like this:
Quarter 1 Quarter 2 Quarter 3
Employee A Excels Meet Expectations Meets Expectations
Employee B Less Effective Meet Expectations Excels

PLEASE HELP!!! I have been trying everything and cannot get this to format correctly!

where can i find one for this?
