How can i activate the box of Automatic updat

Hello,
My computer is locked on the box of Updating Antivirus automaticaly. So it cant updat automaticaly.Is there any way how to solve it?

The other thing is that i donwloaded incredmail, when i try to install it just tells me Unable to download installation script. Ca any one help how can i install?

hi,
for this, you should go to control panel and select automatic updates.
the you will have to activate it.
you need access to the internet as well.
