I can't sync lime wire purchases into iTunes!Closed

Hello, 
I have an iPad one. My original computer where my iTunes library no longer works so I had to get rid of it. I hooked my iPad into a new computer and authorized it, and clicked sync music. It synced all iTunes purchased music, but not the songs I had downloaded off of lime wire. Is there a way to get lime wire purchases off of my iPad into a new iTunes library? I'm trying to update to iOS 5, and I need to back up all my songs before proceeding, but it will only back up what's in the library. I also just got the iPhone 4s, and need to get all my music on there.
