Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to compare two columns (i.e. reports) in Excel 2007/2010, where one is a comprehensive report listing every employee; the 2nd report is a listing of only the employee's who have gone through training; and have a 3rd column that will give me the remaining names who have NOT been trained. Both reports will have a unique Employee ID number. I'm thinking I have to use VLOOKUP but am having trouble figuring it out.

All Employees Employee's who have taken training 2B Traind?

ID # Employee Name ID# Employee Name Employee's Name

45612 John B. Doe 45612 John Doe
45678 Barrack Obama 55545 Tim Tebow
55545 Timothy R. Tebow 65412 Jay Leno
55555 Jim Beam 78945 Jane A. Doe
65412 Jay Leno 78946 Brian Williams
66666 Lady Gaga 45678 Barrack Obama
78945 Jane A. Doe
78946 Brian Williams
88856 David Letterman
99999 Jack Spratt

Can you help?
