Diffrent formula in one column

Hello,
I am using Excel 2007 I used conditional formatting for the selected area example I wanted that if the figures in column E get higher then column F then show in red color and it works, now my question is this that in Column F some figures are 0 or blank even so i dont want that it shows in Column E in red it should remain as it is normal the worksheet I am working on is contain alot of data so i cannot apply one by one on all of them can you please help,

use something like this formla(modify it if neessar) in the conditional formatting window
the conditon is "formula is"

=and(E1>=F1,F1<>0)
