Size of a Video

Hello,
Please answer me my question.
I have a video file, the container is avi. i want to decrease the size of the video file by 50-60MB to fit into a CD. Can i decrease the size by decreasing the volume of the video using an application?
I don't want to process video because it reduces quality.
Please kindly answer this question. Please, Please.

NO. The audio volume has no correlation to file size.
