Hose tech tv card

Hello,
my pc was configured and I lost my hose tech TV card signal,please help

I installed hose tech TV card on my PC and used to watch TV from the PC but due to malfunctioning ,the PC was re -configured and the hose tech TV icon is lost from the screen and i cannot get access to the TV programs again.secondly,the installation CD cannot be traced. please how can i enjoy my TV programs from the installed hose tech TV card again?
