Micro SD card shows nothing

Hello,

Ok, so I used my microSD card today (I use it to store anime)which worked perfectly for like 4 months , put some new files in and when I put it back in the phone it shows that there are no files! Put it in back to PC and it does the same. It shows that half of the cards memory is used so the files are still there. But nor my PC nor my phone show any files at all! I Put my card with wet hands cuz I was washing dishes recently maybe that's the problem?
