After Cleaning the Computer didn't boot

Hello,

After Cleaning the Computer didn't boot , I cleaned after removing every devices inside the casing and fix it again, now the PC is not booting, I removed the rams, PCI cards, Graphics cards, hard drives and tried but no beep sound comes. so i thought this is a problem with mother board, so i changed the motherboard still it didn't worked, the fans are working power comes, but wont boot.
Can you please help me to fix this issue

It is most probably the RAM that was broken. RAM chips are EXtreMEly sensitive. If you touched the chips with bare hands it is very probable that there was static discharge which ruined the chips. Just change all your RAM chips and try again (RAM is not expensive to buy).
