MOBO UPDATE OPTIONS??

Hi ,
I am planning to upgrade my system, and i want to have a good motherboard which must have these components namely: USB 3.0,2.0 support, PCI 3.0, 2.0 support, LGA 1155 socket ( as i am planning to get an Intel CPU,may be it can support the upcoming ivy bridge too), Ram supportable 16-32 GB at least running at 1600 MHz memory modules(dual channel), solid capacitors, raid support if possible etc. Main Purpose is for multimedia,video conversion and gaming purposes.

I have two options- ASUS and GIGABYTE, as i live in India and these brands are easily available here as well as these are the best brands too..

I have searched many motherboards but there prices are not disclosed..
Can you please advice me on the issue..
I Have a budget of rs 7000-8000( 140 USD to 165 USD)..

Manufacturers don't supply prices on their website.

To get prices you will need to look at authorised resellers for the manufacturer to get a price.

Thanx For the reply.. But I need to be specific..
So can You suggest me some model numbers of mobo in which i get all the above features..
Help me to choose... thanx again
