Flash The BIOS.
If you can get to it there should be a circular black pouch connected to the motherboard by a cable. Take the power supplies out (Battery and ac adapter) then take out the for about a minute an put it back in. Start it and it should be gone.
Also make sure you are well grounded and touch the nearest metal object before you start.
