Black screen Closed

Question

Hello,  
my hp g62 screen is black and the fan turns on and then goes off. the power button Is flashing but other then that nothing is happing. I tried power discharging an things like that .

Can you plz help me?
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 7534.48.3
