Need help How to Loop-Counter

Hello,

I have 2 CSV workbooks called "Bad Lots Plus" & "Good Lots Plus". Each CSV workbook has only 1 sheet named "Bad 123 Plus" & "Good 123 Plus". Both have exact rows & columns & headers in 1st row.
What I need to do From "Bad Lots Plus" workbook:
1. Is start at row 722 to 15121
2. Increment 30 rows
3. THEN copy next 15 rows FROM Col. P to Col W

4. Select/Activate workbook "Good Lots Plus" and Sheet "Good 123 Plus" (not sure if I have to activate sheet if it's only thing in workbook?)
5. Paste data AT EXACT row & column it copied from in workbook "Bad Lots Plus"

I'm terrible at looping and not sure how to counter let alone specifying to paste at exact row it copied from other workbook. The reason to start @ row 722 is I started manually copying over files but realized there was 15,000 rows and I stopped at row 721. Any help would be appreciated.
