Missing Drives, My Computer, Phantom Q Drive

Hello,
Ok this has been driving me crazy for months now. When I open up explorer I can't see my computer or my disc drives, but I can access them if I know the letter. Also, when I try to enable My Computer desktop icon it's shaded so I can't click it. Today I got worried because I found a Q drive that access is denied too. Running windows 7 home premium and I'm about to use this damn thing for skeet! PLEASE HELP!

Since you have Windows 7 - I suggest you try to do a "repair" using the Win 7 DVD. Just change the boot order to start from the DVD drive.
