Hello,
my names dione and ive recently recieved a toshiba laptop for christmas the problem is the webcam is far from clear? i have no idea to make it clear and it hasnt got a ring around the lense? any ideas?

Did the laptop come wrapped in plastic film? Sometimes people don't realize that they can remove the film.

Otherwise, I suggest you contact the laptop manufacturer for help.
