My Laptop Is Showing A Black Screen

Hello,
I have a satellite pro l450d-12x and i shut down and the next day i turned it on and it says windows boot manager its been months since my laptop has been like this i dont really know what to do plz help
they are very good posts it says:
windows boot manager
insert windows installation disc and restart your computer
choose your language settings and plz press next
click repair your computer
if you press enter it repeats the same process

Either the "Boot Manager" file is damaged or the hard disk has failed in the sector that the Boot Manager is recorded.

You need to follow the instructions:
insert windows installation disc and restart your computer
choose your language settings and plz press next
click repair your computer

yh thanks thats really good infomation ive contacted the manifactor and they said you dont need the windows boot manager disc anywayz thanks for your help ive gave it to a shop instead to make it more easier thank you
