Boot in specific time

Hello,
a few weeks ago my pc got a blue screen, i read stuff online and people recomended me to reboot my pc in a specific time ! i did that now my pc starts up all good and then the windows is starting appears. but a few seconds after theres a black screen and then shows "Setup is Starting services" and i wait a few more seconds but then a windows pops up and says"windows cannot complete installation in safe mode. to continue installing windows,restart the computer! ive done that several times and it all goes back to the same ive tried it in safe mode safe mode with network regularly every single option that my acknowledgement knows!plz help me with this !
my computer is an ACER Aspire
