Hello,
Try this 1
1) Click on the below link and follow the instructions to restore the firewall settings to default.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows?ui=en-US&rs=en-001&ad=US
2)Click on Start --> In search box, type msconfig and press Enter
System Configuration Utility will be opened.
Click on "Services" tab, select the option "Hide all Microsoft services"(you can find
this option at bottom)-->then click on "Disable All" button.
Click on "Startup" tab and click on "Disable All" button -->Click on OK.
Now check if you are able to open the site using IE or Firefox or google chrome.
Later enable the service one by one

u know what im going to reformate it to xp vista suck my gigs are just disappearing i cant take this XP to the world :) ..............o and it did not work

new OS it look like its working fine now thz for all ur help now im going to the hardware and software my speaker are not working

You probably need to reinstall the driver.
