Hello,
Try this 1
1) You need to download the Adobe Flash Player for the firefox browser.
Click on the below link and follow the instructions
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
2) Select your "Operating System" from the drop down menu in Step 1
3) Select "Flash Player 11 for other Browsers" from the drop down menu in Step 2
4) Uncheck the check box regarding installation of McAfee Security Scan
5) Click on the "Download now" button
