Hello,
Try this 1
1) First make a copy of that folder which appears as "Control Panel" icon.
2) Click on Start --> Run --> Type notepad and Press Enter.
"Notepad" will be opened. Copy the below lines which are in bold text
ren Filename.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} Filename
Note : Replace the "Filename" with your folder name in the above line.
Now save the file as unlock.bat in the location where that particular folder exist.
[Note : Don't forget the extension .bat]
Double-click on the unlock.bat file.
