Turned on laptop but have a blank screen

Hello,
I turned on my laptop(HP CQ60-300EE) the other day,all associated lights came on except screen...have tried pressing power button without AC & battery still no luck. Also tried connecting to another screen but still nothing on screen.Also can't hear the windows startup music to indicate that the laptop is at login status for users.
Would greatly appreciate any valuable solutions please

Hello,

Try this 1

1) Unplug the power cord --> Remove the battery --> Hold the power button for

60 seconds --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and

later put the battery back into the laptop.

2) If the problem still exists then click on the below link and follow the instructions

Check if you can see a very dim image outline.
