Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> Run --> Type services.msc and press Enter.
Services window will be opened.
Scroll down and look for the service "Windows Installer" --> Double-click on it -->
Set the "Startup type" to "Manual" from the drop-down menu --> Click on OK.
