Sound problems with windows xp runddll error

Hello, I have problems with the sound of windows xp where to select the Control Panel Sounds and Audio diposotivo, then sounds, by clicking on the sounds of windows I get an error with the following signature runddll.exe error


When you start the error reads:

EventType: BEX P1: rundll32.exe P2: 5.1.2600.2180 P3: 41107dbc
Q4: mmsys.cpl P5: 5.1.2600.2180 P6: 41252c27 P7: 00007f05
P8: c0000409 P9: 00000000

You may have lost information that was working.

Please if anyone knows help me solve the problem, of course thank you very much!

Hello,

Try this 1

Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter.

"Commnad Prompt" will be opened. Now enter the below command.

sfc /scannow --> Press Enter.
