Monitor doesnt show anything when PC is on

Hello, my monitor doesnt seem to show anything when the desktop is starting up. The desktop is an Acer Aspire X3910 if it helps and when I do start it up, there is no beep when there used to be one and the keyboared and mouse have no effect on anything too.

It would be greatful if you can help

I can only guess - probably motherboard or power supply failure. Only a hands-on diagnostic by a PC repair shop can tell you which.
