Xp keeps going in circle

Hello,

this is win xp and it keeps going from the start up screen logo to the F8 screen, it will not allow me to try any of the F8 options and continues the circle/ how can i stop it and make any corrections? please help

Hello,

Looks as if you have a hard disk failure. I suggest that you have it checked by a qualified technician.
