Hello,
Windows 10 : My system is constantly showing the blue circle by the mouse pointer.
Battery is non-removable.Help me to get out of here.

meaning the system is hung?

Your only option is to shut down the computer and restart windows.

Try holding the button down until the computer shuts down.

i have done this many times but blackscreen and cursor is there.Is reset is the last option left?

Yes. Perhaps a factory restore is the only option left.

Some Laptops have key combos to start a restore and/or options to get into the BIOS. You probably need the help of a PC repair shop at this point.
